The Down Syndrome Association of the National Capital Region (DSANCR) is pleased to invite you to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, September 26, at Andrew Fleck Children’s Services, 700 Industrial Avenue (Suite 600), Ottawa. All members are invited to attend in person. However, a Zoom link will be sent to all registered members. Registration is mandatory for both in-person attendance and Zoom participation.
An overview of 2022-2023 activities and events will be presented.
Please note that in accordance with DSANCR by-laws, only members are entitled to vote at the AGM.
We have several openings on the Board (Secretary, Treasurer and Board member), so why not get involved and help the DSANCR continue to operate and provide activities, support and services to the Down syndrome community in the greater Ottawa-Gatineau region.
To sit on the DSANCR Board, you must be available to attend Board meetings, usually held monthly, and willing to help organize and participate in Association events.

L’Association du syndrome de Down de la région de la capitale nationale (ASDRCN) a le plaisir de vous inviter à participer à son assemblée générale annuelle (AGA) qui aura lieu le mardi 26 septembre à Services à l’enfance Andrew Fleck (suite 600), 700 avenue Industrial, Ottawa. Tous les membres sont invités à participer en personne. Nous ferons cependant parvenir un lien Zoom à tous ceux qui s'inscriront. L’inscription est obligatoire, qu’on participe en personne ou par Zoom.
Un bilan des activités pour l’année 2022-23 sera présenté aux participants.
Veuillez prendre note qu'en vertu des règlements de l'ASDRCN, seuls les membres sont habilités à voter au cours de l'AGA.
Nous avons des postes disponibles au conseil d’administration (c.a.) (Secrétaire, Trésorier, membre général du c.a.) Venez vous joindre à nous et ainsi contribuer à l’organisation d’activités ainsi qu’à l’offre de services et de soutien à la communauté de la trisomie 21 dans la grande région d’Ottawa et de Gatineau.
Pour siéger au c.a., vous devez être disponible pour participer aux assemblées mensuelles du conseil. il faut également être prêt à aider, à organiser et participer aux activités de l’Association.
