A Day Camp for Adults with Developmental Disabilities
WHO WE ARE:
The City is offering a Therapeutic Recreation and Life skills Day Camp for Adults with Developmental Disabilities.
HOW IT WORKS:
Based on Initial assessment, participant’s goals and objectives are developed and implemented using both individual and group activities.
RECREATION AND LEISURE ACTIVITIES ARE DESIGNED TO:
ü Encourage participants to develop leisure lifestyle skills in recreation, sport, arts, and community awareness.
ü Encourage participants to improve on social and cooperative skills in leisure activities.
PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES:
ü Art Projects
ü Swimming
ü Cooking classes
ü Nutrition
ü Community Awareness
ü Community Outings

The program will run for 2 weeks:
Week One: Aug 4 – 7 - $127/wk - 982869
Week two: Aug 10 -14 - $159/wk - 982870
Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-2:30pm
